Checklist
All work is due in the proper D2L submission folder by the end of
our scheduled exam time frame (see course schedule for detailed
time information) No late work will be accepted without extenuating
circumstance and a
grade of zero will be recorded for each missing element. Early work is
accepted. Edits and replacement files are appropriate up until the end of the
exam time frame (I will grade the last version of an item that you post).
Your digital portfolio must
include the following
(please submit all items even if you have submitted some items in a different folder
or in person in the past):
1) updated Artist RŽsumŽ / CV
2) updated Employment RŽsumŽ
3) updated Bio / Biography *Bio & Statement may be combined in one
document
4) updated Artist Statement *Bio & Statement may be combined in one document
5) updated Proposal (Capstone/Special Project) Paper
6) Link to your Website on your Artist Resume (website must be functioning at the time it
is accessed for grading; I will try more than once)
7) Documentation (8+ images and an Image List in a
folder together)
9) Presentation

Title all files & folders with your last name
and then additional information as you see fit.

Please
submit # 1-5 as Word Documents,
PDFs, or Pages files.

Please
submit # 6 as a URL on your Artist
Resume.

Please
submit # 7 as JPG images and a
Word/PDF/Pages file in a folder.

Please
submit # 8 as a screen capture or
any other document type that you see fit.

Please
submit # 9 in the same format that
you presented (PPT, PDF, or a page with a link to your website)

Please
ZIP files before uploading if
possible (see information below).

Locate the folder you want to ZIP / compress
Right-click or Control-click on it to access a pop up menu
Choose ÒSEND TOÓ from the pop up menu
Then Choose ÒCOMPRESSED (ZIPPED) FOLDERÓ and the file will ÒzipÓ
Load the .ZIP file to D2L
